This Privacy Policy explains how Feedelio (“Feedelio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, accesses, uses, stores, protects, retains, and deletes information when customers use the Feedelio Services.
Feedelio provides social media management tools through our web applications.
Our Services allow businesses and organizations to connect and manage multiple social media accounts, create, schedule and publish content to their own social media accounts, and access information, statistics, analytics, and reports relating to their connected accounts and published content.
Feedelio is a business-to-business service. Each customer organization is provided with its own Feedelio account and associated subdomain. Authorized users of the customer organization may access the organization’s Feedelio space and its connected social media accounts.
Our Services are intended for business use and are not intended for children. Users must be at least 18 years old.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws when collecting, using, or disclosing information through the Services, including obtaining any necessary consents and providing any required notices.
We collect and process information that is reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Feedelio Services.
When you use Feedelio, we may collect:
When an authorized user connects a social media account to Feedelio, such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, or another supported Social Network, we may receive information made available by that Social Network according to the permissions granted by the user.
Depending on the Social Network and permissions granted, this may include:
Feedelio does not collect or store passwords for connected social media accounts.
Authentication takes place through the authorization process provided by the relevant Social Network.
Where necessary to maintain a connection and provide functionality authorized by the user, Feedelio securely stores authorization information such as OAuth access and refresh tokens.
Sensitive OAuth authorization tokens stored by Feedelio are encrypted in our database. These tokens are used internally by Feedelio’s systems to communicate with the authorized Social Network and are not displayed or disclosed to customer users.
Feedelio may process and store posts, text, images, videos, and other content that users create, curate, upload, schedule, publish, or otherwise manage through the Services.
Information obtained from connected Social Networks may also be processed and displayed within Feedelio.
Content obtained from Social Networks may contain personal information relating to third parties, including names, profile photographs, geographic information, opinions, preferences, and other information made available through the relevant Social Network.
Feedelio and service providers acting on our behalf may store, access, or recognize information on users’ devices or browsers through cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies.
Feedelio may use these technologies to maintain authenticated user sessions, remember user preferences, protect the security and integrity of the Services, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, operate and improve the Services, and understand the performance and use of the Services.
Third-party service providers used to operate Feedelio may also place, access, or recognize cookies or similar technologies where necessary to provide their services to Feedelio.
Users may control or delete cookies through their browser settings. Blocking or disabling certain cookies or similar technologies may affect the availability or functionality of some parts of the Feedelio Services.
We use information collected or received through Feedelio only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
This includes using information to:
Information obtained from connected Social Networks is used only as necessary to provide the functionality requested and authorized by the customer.
Feedelio may use screenshots, demonstrations, or other visual representations of the Feedelio interface for documentation, training, marketing, promotional, or presentation purposes.
Such materials use demo or sample data and do not display data obtained from customers’ connected Social Network accounts, including Google or YouTube user data, OAuth tokens, or other sensitive authentication information.
Feedelio does not use data obtained from a customer’s connected Social Network accounts in public promotional or marketing materials without appropriate authorization.
Feedelio is a business-to-business platform.
Each customer organization has its own Feedelio account and associated subdomain. Users must authenticate with their Feedelio account credentials before accessing their organization’s Feedelio space.
Information associated with connected social media accounts may be viewed and used by authorized users belonging to the customer organization.
This allows authorized users within the organization to manage connected social media accounts, publish content, and access related information, statistics, analytics, and reports.
Information associated with one Feedelio customer organization is not made available through Feedelio to other Feedelio customer organizations.
OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and other sensitive authorization credentials are not displayed or disclosed to customer users.
Feedelio does not sell data obtained from connected Social Networks.
Feedelio does not share, transfer, or disclose data obtained from connected Social Networks to external third parties for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, profiling, or other unrelated purposes.
Feedelio may use third-party infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate and provide the Services. This may include providers of cloud hosting and storage, artificial intelligence technologies, and other technical infrastructure used to deliver specific Feedelio functionality. Such service providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to Feedelio and are not permitted by Feedelio to use customer information for their own advertising, marketing, profiling, data brokerage, or other unrelated purposes.
Information from connected Social Networks is otherwise used within Feedelio solely to provide the functionality requested and authorized by the customer.
Information associated with a connected account may be accessed by authorized users belonging to the customer organization within its Feedelio account and associated subdomain.
Information belonging to one customer organization is not made available to other Feedelio customers.
Sensitive OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and other authorization credentials are not displayed or disclosed to customer users.
We may also disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or valid governmental request.
Feedelio implements technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer information, data obtained from connected Social Networks, and sensitive authorization information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.
Information transmitted between users and Feedelio, and between Feedelio and supported Social Networks, is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and other sensitive authorization information stored by Feedelio are encrypted in our database.
Authorization tokens are not displayed or disclosed to customer users. They are used internally by Feedelio’s systems when communicating with the relevant authorized Social Network.
Users must authenticate with their Feedelio account credentials before accessing their organization’s Feedelio account and associated subdomain.
Access to customer information is restricted according to the customer organization associated with the authenticated user.
Information associated with one customer organization is not made available through Feedelio to users belonging to another customer organization.
Access to sensitive information and authorization credentials within Feedelio’s systems is restricted to authorized systems and, where necessary for operation, maintenance, security, or support, authorized personnel.
Feedelio does not collect or store passwords belonging to connected Social Network accounts.
Although Feedelio takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Certain Feedelio features may use artificial intelligence technologies to assist users with tasks such as generating, processing, improving, or analyzing content.
When a customer chooses to use an AI-powered feature, information necessary to perform the requested function may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence service providers acting as service providers to Feedelio.
Feedelio uses such processing only to provide the functionality requested by the customer and does not provide customer information to artificial intelligence providers for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, profiling, or other unrelated purposes.
Feedelio does not intentionally use data obtained from customers’ connected Social Network accounts to train publicly available artificial intelligence models.
Feedelio retains information obtained from connected Social Networks only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the functionality requested and authorized by the customer, subject to the requirements and retention rules of the applicable Social Network.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data, the Social Network from which it was obtained, the functionality requested by the customer, and applicable legal or platform requirements.
Users may request deletion of information associated with their connected Social Network accounts through the contact form available on the Feedelio website.
Upon a valid deletion request, Feedelio will delete the applicable stored data as soon as reasonably possible and within any shorter period required by the applicable Social Network’s developer policies or applicable law.
When a customer’s Feedelio account is deleted, data associated with that account and its connected Social Networks is deleted from Feedelio’s systems, except where limited retention is required by applicable law.
Google and YouTube API Data is subject to the additional retention, refresh, revocation, and deletion practices described in Sections 8 and 9 below.
Users may disconnect a supported Social Network from Feedelio at any time through the functionality provided within Feedelio, where available.
Users may also revoke Feedelio’s authorization directly through the account, security, or application-permission settings provided by the relevant Social Network.
Users who have connected a Google or YouTube account to Feedelio may revoke Feedelio’s access at any time through their Google Account security settings:

When a user disconnects or revokes a Google or YouTube connection through Feedelio, Feedelio will stop accessing new Google or YouTube data through that authorization and will programmatically revoke the applicable OAuth authorization where required.
Feedelio will also delete stored OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens associated with the revoked connection.
Authorized Data that was accessed or stored pursuant to that authorization will be deleted as soon as possible and within the period required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Where a user revokes authorization through Feedelio’s own revocation or disconnection mechanism, applicable Authorized Data will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days after revocation.
Where a user revokes Feedelio’s access through their Google Account security settings, Feedelio will periodically verify whether authorization remains valid. If Feedelio determines that authorization has been revoked or can no longer be refreshed, applicable API Data associated with that authorization will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than thirty calendar days after revocation.
Users are not required to submit a separate deletion request for Google or YouTube API Data that must be deleted as a consequence of revoking authorization.
Separately, users may request deletion of Google or YouTube user data stored by Feedelio at any time through the contact form available on our website. Feedelio will delete applicable stored user data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days where required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Deleting data stored by Feedelio does not delete content or information stored directly by YouTube. Users who wish to delete content from YouTube itself must do so through YouTube or through another authorized application that supports that functionality.
Feedelio uses YouTube API Services.
When a customer connects a Google or YouTube account to Feedelio, Feedelio accesses Google and YouTube user data only after an authorized user explicitly grants the requested permissions through Google’s OAuth authorization process.
Depending on the permissions granted and the Feedelio functionality used, Feedelio may access, process, and store information including:
Feedelio does not collect or store a user’s Google or YouTube password.
Google and YouTube user data is used solely to provide the functionality requested and authorized by the customer, including connecting and managing YouTube channels, publishing and managing content, displaying channel and video information, and providing statistics, analytics, and reporting.
Google and YouTube user data associated with a connected account may be accessed by authorized users belonging to the customer organization within that organization’s Feedelio account and associated subdomain.
Google or YouTube user data belonging to one Feedelio customer organization is not made available to other Feedelio customer organizations.
Feedelio does not sell Google or YouTube user data and does not use such data for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling purposes.
Google OAuth access and refresh tokens stored by Feedelio are encrypted in our database, are used internally by Feedelio’s systems to communicate with Google and YouTube API Services, and are not displayed or disclosed to customer users.
Feedelio retains YouTube API Data only for as long as necessary to provide the functionality requested and authorized by the customer and in accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
For types of YouTube API Data that are subject to a thirty-day refresh or deletion requirement, Feedelio will either refresh the stored data using the YouTube API Services or delete it no later than thirty calendar days after it was obtained.
Authorized YouTube Analytics API data, YouTube Reporting API data, and authorized statistical data may be retained for longer periods where permitted by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and where the user’s authorization remains active.
Where Feedelio retains authorized statistics or analytics for longer than thirty days, Feedelio will verify at least every thirty days that the user’s authorization remains valid and, where applicable, that the underlying YouTube content still exists.
Non-Authorized YouTube API Data will not be stored for longer than thirty calendar days without being refreshed or deleted.
Feedelio uses reasonable efforts to ensure that stored YouTube API Data remains consistent with current information available through the YouTube API Services and that user-facing displays use the most current API Data reasonably available.
Historical API Data may be displayed where appropriate, provided that it is clearly presented as historical information relating to the applicable time period.
If authorization is revoked, Feedelio handles deletion of the associated authorization credentials and applicable API Data as described in Section 8.
Users may request deletion of their stored Google or YouTube user data at any time through the contact form available on the Feedelio website.
Feedelio’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing functionality within Feedelio that is requested and authorized by the customer.
Depending on applicable data protection laws, users may have rights relating to personal information processed by Feedelio, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.
Customers may request deletion of information associated with their Feedelio account or connected Social Networks through the contact form available on our website.
We may need to verify the identity or authority of the person making a request before processing it.
Users can also disconnect supported Social Networks from Feedelio or revoke Feedelio’s authorization through the settings provided by the relevant Social Network.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Feedelio Services, legal requirements, security practices, or the way we process information.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Feedelio allows users to connect and manage third-party social media services, including YouTube.
By connecting or using YouTube through Feedelio, users agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and all applicable Google and YouTube policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they publish and manage through Feedelio complies with the requirements of the connected third-party platforms and all applicable laws.
Feedelio may suspend or restrict access to third-party integrations where necessary to comply with platform requirements, legal obligations, or applicable policies.
